ReDi School of Digital Intergration

ReDI School of Digital Integration is a non-profit tech school for locals and newcomers without access to digital education. They offer their students high-quality coding and basic computer courses in combination with a unique career program as well as the chance to collaborate with the start-up and digital industry.

As a team of Kaospilots, we supported the ReDI Career team to optimize their mentorship program.

As strategy and process lead, I brought the team through iterative strategic looks at the challenge we had at hand as well co-developed processes to bring us towards our goals. I used design thinking and agile methodologies to achieve this.
