Hey I'm Johannes.

 

I'm originally from the United States, but consider myself a citizen of the world rather than tying myself down to one geographic location. To extrapolate this further: I have lived, worked, and studied, in the US, Denmark, Germany, Holland, France, Sweden, and Canada, thus spending my entire adult life outside of the United States.

 

​Becoming a Kaospilot (www.kaospilot.dk) 5.5 years ago marked a transformative period in my life. The Kaospilots allowed me to practice, learn and hone my skills working as a change agent. As well as question, challenge, and deepen how I want to leave an impact in the world, and the kind of life I'd like to live. Throughout my time with the Kaospilots, I began leading and facilitating an array of NGOs and other business ventures at an individual, team, leadership, and organizational level.​

 

Currently, I work as an Agile Coach at IKEA's Group Digital, where I lead and co-create upon a variety of initiatives, support product teams in working better together, and support leadership teams in their organizational transformations.​

 

On the side to my full-time job, I run and facilitate experiential cutural events working with topics such as empathy, consciousness and mindfulness along with a couple of good friends.​

 

In my free time, I enjoy staying active through running, cycling, and winter sea swimming, and also more chill activities like meditation and sauna sessions
